JMGO is the next generation projection display that gives you an advanced visual and interactive experience at home and beyond. JMGO collects information about your JMGO device in order to provide better services. JMGO understands that privacy is important to you, so we have, where possible, written this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains the details of how we collect, use, and protect the information we collect from you. JMGO reserves the right to revise and update this policy from time to time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of JMGO device. we will usually notify you of any changes via updating software version by asking you to review the changes to this Privacy Policy or our Standard Terms & Conditions. Your reviewing the changes and selecting “yes” option will indicate your acceptance of those revised changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

What Kinds of Information do we Collect?

When you use a JMGO product, we use the following methods to collect your information to provide services to you and optimize our security.

 

 

Information Provided by Users and Other People

To use some functions of the app, we will obtain your some of your sensitive information including but not limited to location, but the purpose is not to collect your personal information, but to ensure that you can use the device and JMGO app more easily.

 

-Location: The app needs your location permission to get the name of your Wi-Fi to ensure you could connect your projector correctly.

-Camera: The app needs your camera permission to scan the QR code.

 

The information we obtained from you can be deleted anytime once you do not need our service.  All the sensitive information and data collected in JMGO app will NOT be uploaded to servers, but only be stored in your device locally. We also provide an in-app disclosure of your data access, use, and storage to inform you before we get the data access.

 

How Can we Manage information of you?

We don’t collect your personal information; we store the data until we no longer need it to provide services and JMGO product. 

  

How Do We Respond to Legal Requests or Prevent Harm?

If there are good reasons to believe that the law requires us to do so, we may visit, retain, and share your information as required by law (such as a search warrant, court order, or subpoena).
